A New York City Harp Mediation and Sound Bath Experience with NYC Music Educators at Carnegie Hall

Leading a session with over 100 impactful NYC music educators at Carnegie Hall's Music Educators Workshop was an invaluable gift. Together, we delved into the realms of mindfulness, drawing inspiration from meditation practices and the wisdom of Black and Brown thought leaders. We embarked on a journey to explore avenues for fostering equitable access to wellness for both educators and students alike.

Heartfelt gratitude goes out to Carnegie Hall and the unforgettable educators who joined us on this journey towards a brighter, more inclusive future 🙏🏾✨

With my certification in sound healing and music therapy, coupled with harp-led meditation, I offered transformative experiences such as sound baths and mindfulness sessions. These offerings are now available for private sessions, workshops, and even corporate events.
