Exhale: Immersive Sound Meditation and Healing Music Event in Atlanta

Free with RSVP at: https://shorturl.at/yq6te

“Exhale” is an evening designed to breathe new life into the act of release—a space where sound, meditation, and live music come together to offer deep healing.

As an Atlanta-based harpist and sound practitioner, I’ve spent years exploring the ways music can hold us, heal us, and help us reconnect with our true selves. With the harp as my tool, I’ll be leading this evening of immersive sound that invites us to slow down, take a breath, and let go of all that weighs us down. I’m deeply honored to be joined by my friend and fellow sound healer, Shawn J. Moore, whose work in mindfulness and healing creates sacred spaces for changemakers to pause and realign.

At "Exhale," we’ll explore the profound connections between rest, introspection, and collective liberation. Through live improvisation, music by Black composers, and captivating soundscapes crafted from the harp, crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, we aim to create a space where you can truly exhale—releasing tension, stress, and anything that no longer serves you.

To make this experience even more comfortable, we invite you to bring yoga mats, blankets, socks, or any other items that help you feel at ease. The goal is to create an environment where rest is not just welcomed, but deeply honored.

This free event is presented in partnership with South Fulton Arts and The Anchor. Tickets are available at no cost—simply reserve your spot above. I hope you’ll join us for this evening of rest, reflection, and release.
